I have known Steve for 5 years- I initially met Steve when seeking employment, after taking voluntary redundancy from a job that I had done for 12 years, it was a huge leap of faith for me, but I felt stilted in my career, and new I had to be brave and jump ship. Had I known I was about to meet Steve I wouldn’t have worried about being brave, because he very quickly became my security blanket. I use this term full-heartedly because I went from not having a job and being very worried about finding something appropriate to having many employment opportunities . Since then, I have been able to leave 2 jobs that were not for me without the same worry that I initial had because I now had a safety blanket and new that Steve had good quality, short term employment readily available. I am now in what I hope is my forever job, however it won’t matter because I know if anything happens Steve will be there to support me in my next Employment adventure. My salary is now more than twice it was 5 years ago and this is solely down to the experience I was able to gain in the varying positions with Steve. Latterly, I have also worked with Steve in a client capacity, he has become my go to if I need staff. his matching skills of employee- employer is second to none. I’ve known Steve for over the last 5-years and I have always found him to be extremely courteous and attentive to our contacts. As an organisation we had never utilised the services of a care recruitment agency before and always preferred to do all our own in- house recruitment.
