    Please note: Registration/compliance requirements Candidates will be required to complete our on-line registration form and wherever possible will be invited to have a face to face meeting with one of our consultants. If this is not possible we aim to have a Video call via Teams etc.

    As all the roles we recruit for involve working with children and/or adults, all candidates must undertake a Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check which will be undertaken by 21 HSC Limited.

    In addition to the above, candidates seeking temporary or contract roles will also have to provide us with the following documentation to ensure full compliance with the roles they may engage with through our agency:

    • Proof of two forms of Identification such as a Passport, Driving License or Birth Certificate.
    • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK, such as relevant visa, passport, biometric card etc
    • Proof of National Insurance Number (we can give advice to those seeking work who have been granted a visa which permits work in the UK to obtain this)
    • Proof of registration with the relevant regulatory body to undertake the role that you are looking to apply or be considered for, e.g., Registered with the SSSC, GTCS, HCPC. 21 Health and Social Care Limited is registered as an employer with the SSSC and as such can assist in arranging for the relevant registration for candidates seeking regulated roles such as Social Workers, Housing Support Workers, Residential Child Care Workers to be endorsed.
    • Proof of Qualifications and Training relevant to the roles you are seeking.
    • Proof of address such as a Utility Bill, Bank statement, Council Tax statement which should be dated no longer than 3 months before the point of registration with our agency.
    • An up to date CV would be preferable but we can use your information from our candidate registration form should you wish to detail your previous employment history, education and training here.
    • References – candidates should provide us with the details of two previous/current employers reference details going back at least two years but ideally five. We will not request the references of candidates’ current employers without their consent to do so which often may be once we have secured an offer of employment for them. At 21 HSC we fully recognise the importance around the sensitivities involved in looking for new employment and we ensure that confidentiality and consent is always adhered to.
    • For certain roles that we may offer you which involve driving, it may also be a requirement for you to provide us with proof of business insurance for your vehicle or for you to arrange this with your insurer.
